Seasonal Catalog - University Press of Kansas

I currently work for the University Press of Kansas, a publisher of scholarly books. This is an example of our seasonal catalog, which showcases our new books, and also promotes some of our older books as well. For a book publisher, this would be analogous to an art museum's newsletter, except that these catalogs only come out twice a year, in Spring and Fall. When I began working at the University Press of Kansas, I totally redesigned their catalog format. The project is always an organizational challenge, because the text and images come from a variety of sources. I design and lay out the entire book, scan all the images, send digital files to the printer, and approve the bluelines, color proofs, and press sheets.
