I don't have any useful advice to offer about seeing art in Miami. The one time I was there, all I did was party (and attend a business conference, unfortunately). Miami is a great place for that (partying, not business). It is a beautiful city, with cool architecture and lovely (if a bit crowded) beaches. The citizens of Miami are probably the most physically beautiful people in America (and the plastic surgeons are most likely the wealthiest). Miami has great food, too. Excellent seafood restaurants line the coast, and the Cuban restaurants offer some spectacular dishes.
