In my career as a graphic designer, I have worked on a very wide variety of projects for a diverse group of clients. The one area of design in which I have the most experience is book publishing. This is the industry in which I prefer to work, and which I consider my specialty. The portfolio below is chosen to reflect this preference, and offers a selection of book, jacket, and cover designs, and related promotional materials.

When I began working at the University Press of Kansas, they had never had a web site. I designed their first site, starting from scratch. Four years later, the overall structure of the site has remained unchanged, but there are now over 700 web pages in the site, and more pages are continually added as new books are published.
